Refunds are available if you cancel at least two weeks before the retreat starts, minus a small administration fee.

Cancellations within two weeks of the retreat are non-refundable to cover preparation costs. Please contact us directly for individual cases.

VAT Exemption
As our primary focus is language education (foreign language instruction), all Nihongo-yoku lessons are exempt from VAT (0% BTW) in accordance with Dutch tax regulations for educational services.
